Type B
  • Relaxed
  • Walks slowly
  • Lots of relaxing hobbies
  • Good listener
  • Patient
  • Thoughtful
  • Takes time to make decisions
Balanced Personality
  • It will be a good idea to lead a balanced life by moderating extreme Type A or extreme Type B personalities.
  • Balanced personality can manage stresses well.

  • Set attainable goals
  • Plan how to achieve your goals
  • Delegate
  • Aim to relax more

  1. I'm moving more and more toward the balanced personality type.

    Due to chronic stomach illness, I've learned to take relaxation seriously. Also, I eat slower too...

    I'm a driven type-A, but am starting to look more like a type-B all the time!
